Shillong, MeghalayaHardik Dave, Founder of Indika AI, and Tanisha Singh, Head of Operations at PanScience Innovations (PSI), were honored to be invited by the Meghalaya State Judicial Academy and the Hon'ble High Court of Meghalaya to speak at the symposium on "Maintenance of Professional Ethics in Judiciary and Exploring New Boundaries in the Age of AI." The event brought together legal professionals, judges, and technology leaders to discuss the future of the judiciary and the ethical considerations surrounding the integration of Artificial Intelligence in legal systems.

During the symposium, Hardik shared his insights on the transformative role that AI can play in enhancing judicial efficiency while preserving the core principles of justice, fairness, and ethics. As AI technology becomes more integrated into legal workflows, it is crucial to ensure that the values of transparency and accountability remain central to its use in the judiciary.

The panel discussions, particularly the one focused on AI’s legal and practical challenges in India, sparked enlightening conversations about the opportunities and challenges of implementing AI in India’s judicial system. Hardik emphasized the importance of using AI to streamline e-filing, improve legal research, and automate key judicial processes, ultimately supporting Phase 3 of the e-Courts project in India.
