At PanScience Innovations (PSI), we believe meaningful innovation happens at the intersection of ideas, talent, and aligned intent. On August 6th, 2025, we took a decisive step in that direction by signing a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT) one of Delhi’s leading engineering institutions.
The MoU sets the stage for a forward-looking alliance between PSI and MAIT one that emphasizes purposeful engagement, ecosystem thinking, and a shared commitment to shaping the future of applied research and venture building.
The signing ceremony was hosted at the MAIT campus in Rohini, Delhi, and attended by leadership from both institutions. From MAIT, Prof. Neelam Sharma (Director), Dr. Tripti Lamba (Associate Professor - AI & ML Department), and Dr. Vinay Kumar Saini (Head of Department (AI & DS)) were present. Representing PSI were Anshul Vikram Pandey, Ph.D. (Founder & Chairman), Tanisha Singh (Head of Operations), and Sneha Verma (Human Resource Associate).
Why This Partnership Matters
This MoU arrives at a time when the boundaries between academia and enterprise are rapidly blurring and that’s a good thing. The problems we face today are too complex to be solved in silos. Our partnership with MAIT recognizes that innovation needs shared platforms, interdisciplinary thinking, and grounded execution.
This strategic collaboration will:
- Create exposure pathways for students and researchers to engage with real-world innovation challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange across applied AI, sustainability, climate science, and healthtech.
- Open up spaces for venture creation, where ideas can evolve into solutions that scale.
What’s Next?
In the months ahead, PSI and MAIT will co-develop a roadmap for implementing joint initiatives ranging from ideation programs to hands-on engagements with PSI’s venture teams. A dedicated Steering Committee will oversee progress and ensure alignment with long-term goals.
More importantly, this partnership is a foundation one we intend to build on steadily, with focus and purpose.
